There is no region in the country where business and community leaders are more willing to connect and collaborate in support of entrepreneurs than Central Ohio. Charles leads Rev1’s efforts to turn that willingness into efficient and cohesive partnerships and relationships that deliver the specific support that the most promising startups from across our region need. He also engages Rev1’s initiatives to expand inclusive entrepreneurship across our region, promoting more women- and minority-led and supported startups through strategic partnerships.

Previously, Charles was senior relationship manager at the United Way of Central Ohio. Charles Hill worked to develop strategic committees that help to ensure volunteerism and donor investments in the philanthropic work of the United Way. He was responsible for fostering positive relationships with donors and volunteers in order to meet fundraising targets, while also establishing viable programs that provided education on community issues and ways to reduce poverty.
