We know small business owners and entrepreneurs of color encounter barriers to entry into the startup world. This panel highlights the work local organizations are doing to help startups gain access to capital, shed light on some of the challenges startups face when seeking loans and capital, and provide recommendations on how to overcome these barriers. 

Fueling the discussion is a JPMorgan Chase Institute report, “Cash is King: Flows, Balances and Buffer Days”, that explores the financial lives of small business owners.
