Anthony Reynolds is the co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer for Refill, a technology start-up offering premier on-demand alcohol delivery service. In addition to direct-to-consumer deliveries, Refill is actively targeting in-seat delivery opportunities in professional and collegiate stadiums and recently signed a partnership with the NHL’s Columbus Blue Jackets.

Reynolds left his job at JP Morgan in early 2016 to follow his dreams of being an entrepreneur. In less than 10 months, he went from personally filling phone orders to managing a rapidly expanding start-up and having discussions with entities at the highest level of sport and commerce.

While at JP Morgan, Reynolds worked in the Asset Management Department, engaging with Hedge Funds, Private Equity Funds, Investment Firms and ultra-high net worth clients. A member of the United States Air Force for six years, Reynolds was a member of the Intelligence Community where he maintained a Top Secret Defense Department Clearance and was awarded the Air Force Achievement Medal. He was deployed to Afghanistan, Qatar and Kuwait in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.

Reynolds is a native of Columbus, Ohio and a graduate of Bishop Hartley High School where he played football and wrestled.

JoinMyTable Founder Chris Shirer drew on her 17-year relationships in the restaurant and hospitality space to define the JoinMyTable concept.  Her digital agency, Madison + Fifth, works with several high profile Columbus, Ohio-based restaurant groups. She has assembled a dream team of senior, visionary leaders in the restaurant and payments transaction space on her advisory board and counts Cameron Mitchell, leader of the $300-million dollar Cameron Mitchell Restaurants group as a seed stage investor.  Chris completed Rev1 Ventures’ Concept Academy in May 2015 and was one of forty companies in a field of 600 engaged to move forward for potential investment that year.  Her development team, Catalyst Partners, is located in the Rev1 incubator.

Chris is a branding and digital marketing expert whose experience is best applied to questions around developing a brand identity, identifying and confirming target markets and managing multi-disciplinary teams (creative and development) in the product development life cycle.

Dan started his entrepreneurial career cutting grass at age 12.  He worked through high school at various restaurant operations and decided to make a career out of food receiving his business degree from R.I.T. with a focus on Hospitality Management.  After receiving his MBA from Ashland University, Dan bought a restaurant operation in Columbus, Ohio which, with his partners, morphed in Glory Foods, Inc., a CPG company focused on food targeted to the African American community.  Upon the successful sale and transition period, Dan decided to leave Glory Foods and share his experiences with students. Anthony Reynolds is the co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer for Refill, a technology start-up offering premier on-demand alcohol delivery service. Mr. Ge “Gary” Cao is a senior leader in decision analytics strategies and implementation, with more than 15 years of experience in an entrepreneurial pre-IPO start-up environment and in well-established corporations.  He has founded or built decision science teams in six companies in multiple industries: retail and ecommerce, healthcare (insurance, distribution, products & services), financial services (credit card, student loan), and consumer marketing and risk analytics solutions.

Gary is the head of data and advanced analytics at Express Inc. in Columbus, Ohio.  Between 2012 and 2016, he was Vice President of enterprise analytics strategy at Cardinal Health, leading an enterprise-wide data and analytics initiative by working closely with stakeholders across levels and functions.  From 2007 to 2012, Gary was chief analytics officer at IXI (acquired by Equifax in 2009) in McLean, Virginia.  Earlier in his career, Gary served as head of data and analytics, corporate marketing at Anthem; chief analytics officer at Collegiate Funding Services Inc.
