Alvin Givens – Executive Director Middle Market Technology Banking group based in Indianapolis, Indiana. Prior to his move to the Technology Group in December of 2014, Alvin served as a banker in the Core Middle Market with a practice focused on Technology and Life Sciences since 2000. He covers parts of the U.S. Midwest and Central and Eastern Canada. Alvin has worked at JPMorgan Chase since 2004, initialing serving the Indianapolis Middle Market.

Alvin is actively involved in the Indianapolis community, serving on the board of TechPoint, iDew Advisory Council Chair (IT Diversity-Enhanced Workforce – an IU School of Informatics & Computing Initiative), former ALHIT Co-Chair (a committee focused on growing healthcare IT companies in Indiana), Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana Foundation Research Commitee Chair, and the Purdue University Technology Park Advisory Council, among others.

Alvin holds a B.S. in Finance from Indiana University, Bloomington. He served in the U.S. Navy as a communication equipment technologist from 1977 to 1981.
Alvin resides in Carmel, Indiana with his wife Nadine. They have two children.
