Brad's mission is to fix what is broken and build what does not exist. Prior to founding CrossChx, Brad spent a decade in Washington, DC where he was a senior advisor to members of the United States Congress and an executive at a nationally recognized insurance association. Brad has led all operations, business development, marketing, and talent acquisition in both corporate enterprises and start-ups. Today, he dedicates his time to helping high-growth companies build their teams, culture, and talent strategy.
