In her current role, Allison DeSantis's responsibilities include overseeing business formation, subsequent business filings, the processing of uniform commercial code statements, and the records division which includes ministers license and notary commissions. Allison started with the Secretary of State’s office in 2008 as the Corporations Counsel providing legal advise to the Secretary and the Business Services Division.
