Crystal Files loved her job in corporate America, but family life with three young kids began to reveal that time had become the ultimate luxury. Uninterested to give up any title--marketing leader, wife, or mother--she looked for services to make family meals easier. In finding that most services didn't actually solve the time component of the family meal, Crystal had found her opening and launched Fare and Square in May 2016 to provide chef-prepared healthy meals delivered weekly.
