Jenny has extensive experience delivering innovative programs and diversity initiatives in the private and public sectors to help individuals, teams and organizations perform at their best. As director of operations for the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Jenny implements the Center’s strategy, communications and programming to support education, research and community engagement in innovation and entrepreneurship.

In her former roles as a learning and development consultant and program director for Ohio State’s gender equity initiative, she delivered evidence-based implicit bias workshops, managed an entrepreneurship leadership program for women faculty and co-led regional efforts to develop a diversity-focused recruiting consortium. Jenny was previously a director of career management at the Fisher College of Business, where she provided career and leadership coaching for graduate students and led corporate development efforts. Prior to joining Ohio State, Jenny served as associate vice president for product development and risk management within Nationwide’s retirement plan division where she helped launch a transformational platform for new product innovation.
